GO devices plug into the OBD II port in minutes with no wiring. No installer visit, no downtime, and most fleets do it themselves in the yard before the first shift.
For many light-duty vehicles with a 16-pin OBD II port and a 12V system, the GO9 plugs straight in with no harness at all. Other vehicles need a specific harness matched to make, model, and year, and we confirm that before anything ships. Both OBD II and RP1226 diagnostic ports are supported.
This is exactly why we still sell the GO9. The newest GO10 drops some legacy vehicle protocols that older vehicles speak, so for fleets with pre-early-2010s units the GO9 is the honest recommendation. The Next-Gen GO10 executes remote commands from MyGeotab, including vehicle immobilization on unauthorized use. We will walk you through where that fits your policy, and where it does not, before anyone touches the button.
