One Platform, One Login
The Geotab Marketplace is how the platform stretches to fit your operation. Cameras, fuel, compliance, routing, maintenance, and data tools that report into the same MyGeotab your team already opens.
The Short Version
Geotab publishes an open API, and hundreds of companies build against it. What they build lands in the Marketplace: add-ins that appear in your MyGeotab menu, integrations that sync with software you already pay for, and hardware that reports through the GO device you already have installed.
By Category
Almost every fleet gap has something built for it already. These are the categories our customers reach for most.
Driver scoring, in-cab feedback, and coaching workflows that build on the safety data the GO device already reports.
Road-facing, in-cab, and multi-channel camera systems, with event video tied back to the trip and driver in MyGeotab.
Card transactions matched against actual fill-ups and mileage, so slippage and mis-fuelling show up instead of hiding in a statement.
Hours of service, inspections, tax reporting, and jurisdiction-specific requirements handled on top of the same telematics record.
Shop management, work orders, and parts systems that take engine hours and fault codes straight from the vehicle.
Route optimization, job scheduling, and proof-of-service tools that plan the day and then check it against where the trucks went.
Connectors into BI tools, ERP, payroll, and HR systems, so fleet numbers land beside the rest of the business.
Temperature, door, PTO, and equipment sensors that wire into the GO device's IOX ports and report on the same screen.
A note on names. We do not push a fixed list of partners on this page. The right solution depends on your vehicles, your systems, and your budget, so we shortlist against your actual operation and tell you what each option really requires before you commit.
How It Works
Tell us the gap. We check it against your vehicles, your devices, and the software you already pay for, then shortlist what actually fits.
As your Geotab partner, we handle the ordering and activation so you are not chasing a third party you have never spoken to.
Groups, rules, and clearances set up to match how your fleet is organized, so the new capability shows up where your team already looks.
And it stays the same phone number afterward. A Marketplace solution does not move your support to somebody else.
The Honest Caveat
Five hundred solutions is a lot, but it is not everything. Sometimes the way your operation works is specific enough that no listed product covers it.
Our in-house developers write custom MyGeotab add-ins, integrations, and reports for the gap a Marketplace product leaves.
If a listed solution does the job, that is the recommendation. Custom work is not automatically the better answer, and we will not pretend it is.
Plenty of fleets run Marketplace solutions and a custom add-in side by side in the same database. They are not competing choices.
Questions
A catalog of 500+ ready-to-use solutions that connect to MyGeotab, built by an ecosystem of more than 700 partners. It covers add-ins, software integrations, and hardware.
Often not. Many are add-ins that open inside MyGeotab. Others are separate applications that sync with your database, so the data still comes together in one place.
Yes, and most fleets should. Get tracking working first, then add the extras once you know which gaps are real. Nothing has to be replaced to expand.
We do. GPSFMS scopes the solution, handles the ordering, and configures it in your database against your groups and clearances.
It depends entirely on the solution, and terms vary by partner. We will lay out what a given option requires before you commit to anything.
Then our own developers build it. See custom software development for the add-ins and integrations we have written for other fleets.
