What Happens When You Ask
Type a question into ACE (the sparkles icon in the MyGeotab toolbar) and a multi-stage pipeline goes to work.
The answer comes back in plain language, with copy, CSV, or Show SQL for the analyst who wants to check the work.
Use @ to point at a specific vehicle, driver, or zone, and ask follow-ups in the same thread.
That last one matters: ACE is also a platform guide. New users ask it how to do things in MyGeotab and get step-by-step answers, which quietly solves the training problem that kills most software rollouts.
Built to be approved by your IT team. ACE is read-only: it cannot modify or delete anything. Data stays isolated in Geotab's infrastructure, never trains public AI models, PII is masked automatically, and answers respect existing role permissions. Two honest boundaries: history runs from January 1, 2024, and FedRAMP instances are not yet supported.
