Who we are

GPS Fleet Management Solutions ("GPSFMS", "we", "us") provides Geotab fleet tracking, AI dash cameras, and asset tracking to fleets across the United States. Our office is in Garner, NC. This policy covers the gpsfms.com website. Data collected by in-vehicle devices and the MyGeotab platform under a service agreement is governed by that agreement and Geotab's own policies.

Information we collect

• Information you submit. Our demo request and contact forms ask for your name, company, email, phone number, fleet size, and anything you choose to write in the message field. We collect it only when you submit a form.
• Technical log data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Analytics. This site does not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we add an analytics tool, we will update this section to name it and describe what it collects before it goes live.

This website does not require an account, and we do not collect payment information through it.

How we use your information

• To respond to your demo request, quote request, or question
• To provide support and manage our relationship with your fleet
• To operate, secure, and improve the website

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your form submissions for third-party advertising.

When we share information

• Service providers. Netlify hosts this site and processes form submissions on our behalf.
• Geotab. If you become a client, we share what is needed to provision your MyGeotab database and devices, at your request.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Cookies

This site works without login cookies. Any cookies present come from the hosting platform, or from any analytics tool we later add and disclose above. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies at any time.

Data retention

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain our business records. Standard server logs are kept by our hosting provider, Netlify, under their retention practices, not ours.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to form submissions is limited to GPSFMS staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you send us.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted through this site. Contact us using the details at the end of this page and we will respond promptly. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we honor those requests through the same channels.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and government agencies. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
