Here is everything short of a quote: what sets your number and what any quote should show you.
How much does Geotab cost? We do not publish a rate card. Four things set your number: vehicle count, the rate plan each vehicle needs, how you take the hardware, and the term. Tell us those and we quote it, itemised, no obligation.
What Moves the Number
Per-vehicle rates step down as the count goes up.
GO Core or GO Plan, chosen per vehicle - compare the two below.
Buy the devices up front or roll them into the monthly rate. Cameras add a line, and they are Plug-N-Play too.
A longer commitment buys a lower monthly rate. You see both numbers.
Rate Plans
Both run on the same plug-in tracker, limited lifetime warranty included. GO Plan turns the safety, compliance, and diagnostic depth all the way up, per vehicle, so pickups and camera trucks pay different rates.

Wi-Fi hotspot is GO Plan only at an added rate (2GB/month, US and Canada). Hours of Service needs a phone or tablet, a data plan, and a USB adapter at extra cost. GO Anywhere trackers use their own Asset plan and keyless is a separate add-on. GO devices carry a limited lifetime warranty, conditions apply.

Public Record
Public fleets buy on cooperative contracts where awarded pricing is public record, no RFP required. Pricing that only worked in private would not survive that.

A per-vehicle figure only means something once we know what is on the vehicle. Your number comes from fleet size, rate plan, hardware, and term. Tell us the fleet and we show every line, no obligation.
GO Core is the essentials: tracking, trip history and replay, zones, rules, reports, engine basics, camera support. GO Plan adds the safety rule set, richer driver alerts, deeper engine data, EV and fuel tracking, Hours of Service, and a feed into Power BI or Tableau. The row-by-row table is above; plans are set per vehicle.
The software for each vehicle on its plan, plus scoping, account setup, training, and U.S.-based support for the life of the account. Hardware and installation are quoted as their own lines.
