Geotab Pricing, Before You Talk to Anyone
No honest page can price a fleet it has not seen, so here is everything short of a quote: what sets your number and what any quote should show you.

How much does Geotab cost? We do not publish a rate card. Four things set your number: vehicle count, the rate plan each vehicle needs, how you take the hardware, and the term. Tell us those and we quote it, itemised, no obligation.
What Moves the Number
Every one is a decision you make, with the tradeoff shown on each.
Per-vehicle rates step down as the count goes up. Eight vans and three hundred trucks are not the same deal.
GO Core or GO Plan, chosen per vehicle. Most of the cost difference lives on this line: compare the two below.
Own the devices up front or amortise them into the rate. Cameras, IOX add-ons, and hardwired installs each add a line.
A longer commitment buys a lower monthly rate; a shorter one buys flexibility. You see both numbers.
Rate Plans
Both put your vehicles on the map from day one. GO Plan turns the safety, compliance, and diagnostic depth all the way up, per vehicle, so pickups and camera trucks pay different rates.
Wi-Fi hotspot: GO Plan only, at an added monthly rate, 2GB per month, US and Canada. Hours of Service requires a mobile device or tablet, a data plan, and an IOX-USB, at extra cost.
GO Anywhere asset trackers use their own Asset plan; keyless and shared-fleet functionality is a separate add-on plan. GO devices carry a limited lifetime warranty, conditions apply. Plans are assigned per vehicle and can change as the fleet changes.
Not sure which plan each vehicle needs? That is the first thing we work out with you.
How to Compare
A quote folds several costs into one monthly figure. Ask for it itemised, from us or anyone else, and it stops being opaque.
Ours already reads that way, itemised, before you sign anything.
What It Gives Back
Set the sliders to match your fleet: this counts idle fuel alone, the easiest leak to see and the quickest to fix.
Illustrative estimate from your inputs only, not a quote or a guarantee.
Public Record
Public fleets buy on cooperative contracts where awarded pricing is public record, no RFP required. Pricing that only worked in private would not survive that.
Awarded pricing, maturing 4/23/2029, plus NASPO ValuePoint MA3695 for state and local agencies. Competitively solicited, so your team skips the RFP.

A per-vehicle figure only means something once we know what is on the vehicle. Your number comes from fleet size, rate plan, hardware, and term. Tell us the fleet and we show every line, no obligation.
The deployment is assembled per fleet: devices, cameras, IOX add-ons, installation, support, and term all move the total. What you can insist on is a fully itemised quote, which is what we hand you.
GO Core is the essentials: tracking, trip history and replay, zones, rules, reports, engine basics, camera support. GO Plan adds the safety rule set, richer driver alerts, deeper engine data, EV and fuel tracking, HOS, and Data Connector. The row-by-row table is above; plans are set per vehicle.
MyGeotab for each vehicle on its plan, plus scoping, database configuration, training, and U.S.-based support for the life of the account. Hardware and installation are quoted as their own lines.
The estimator above runs on your own inputs, no form. A price needs your vehicle list, because plan, hardware, and term move it. That takes one short conversation, and nothing is owed.
Yes. Public agencies buy on Sourcewell 102924-GEO, maturing 4/23/2029, and NASPO ValuePoint MA3695, both competitively solicited with awarded pricing on public record. No RFP.
Nothing. We configure a device for one of your vehicles, ship it, and you watch your own truck live in MyGeotab. Not right for your fleet? Send it back.
A device on a real truck produces real figures, and your quote is built from those.
