In August, MyGeotab introduces updates aimed at simplifying user onboarding, supercharging dashboards, and giving you more control over reporting and alerts. Let’s explore how these enhancements make your telematics experience even smoother.

What’s New in August 2025:

Smart In-App Onboarding + Dashboard Revamp:
As of August 20, all users now get personalized onboarding when they first log in. Based on a quick setup survey, MyGeotab will tailor your default landing page and launch a step-by-step Quick Start guide. Dashboards are also upgraded—preloaded with actionable role-specific charts, plus the ability to duplicate, edit, and customize them.

‘All Available Reports’ Page (Beta):
The Report Setup experience has been replaced with a cleaner, organized “All Available Reports” beta page. Reports are now grouped by intuitive categories like Productivity and Safety, include clear descriptions, and highlight the top 10 most valuable ones for new users.

Known Issues Email Subscriptions:
You can now opt-in to receive email alerts when priority issues (Priority 3 or 4) are added, updated, or resolved—removed the need to manually check the Known Issues page. Major service disruptions will still be communicated via existing channels.
