Preventable IdlingBetaSend feedback

Identifies preventable idling by excluding power take-off (PTO) activity. You can also limit this rule to specific zone types where idling is prohibited. The default duration is 10 minutes, but you can adjust it.

How PTO is tracked: We prioritize your IOX-AUXM configuration if an auxiliary channel is specified. Otherwise, the system falls back to engine diagnostic 2003 (PTO engaged) and 2762 (PTO governor state). If PTO is selected as an input via the Auxiliaries/GPIO on GO10 and GO10 Plus devices, PTO activity is automatically reported via diagnostic 2003.

This rule will trigger when the electric vehicle (EV) battery drops below the configured value.

EV Enters Charging Zone with Low Charge

This rule will trigger when the electric vehicle (EV) enters a charging zone of the specified type(s) while its battery is below the configured value. This is useful for plug-in reminders, and for identifying which EVs need to be prioritized for charging. Before choosing a zone type, ensure the zone type has zones associated with it.

EV Exits Charging Zone with Low Charge

This rule will trigger when the electric vehicle (EV) exits a charging zone of the specified type(s) while its battery is below the configured value.
This is useful for identifying EVs that:

  • are at risk of not having sufficient charge to complete the work day without a charging stop, or
  • are leaving an area with charging facilities, meaning they may be at risk of not having enough range to return to charge

Before choosing a zone type, ensure the zone type has zones associated with it
